Creating a dynamic model

Dynamic models are created from the Tools ribbon, which is only available to administrators. A dynamic model links a template to one or more text fragments.

In the Tools ribbon, go to Dynamic Models. The screen Templates Editor opens. Select a language (or subfolder) under the category Model and press the button with the green plus at the top left.

A model is created in the selected folder. This model is now called Model 1. Adjust the name of the model in the right part of the screen. Attention! The name of the model is visible to everyone so choose a logical and clear name.

Check the box Show dialog so that the dialog opens automatically when the model is used.

Click on the Fields tab to choose a template from the Template drop-down list. With the button Adjust values you can put fixed texts in the dialog box. For example, the Subject field that can already be filled in.

Click on the Text Fragments tab to link previously created text fragments to the template (see separate instruction for creating a text fragment). Find in the middle part the text to be added, select it and click on the green arrow button to copy it to the right side of the screen. With the green arrow buttons at the top right of the screen you can change the order of the selected text fragments. Click on the OK button to close the screen and save the model.

The model is now visible under the button New in the folder Company.
