You are using dStyle (or LegalWord if you are a client via Epona) from Documentaal. This makes working in Word a lot easier for you. But it could probably be even easier, even more efficient. The training sessions last from one hour to a maximum of one part of the day. They are given online or on location – at your office.
basic training
The consultants at Documentaal see that users can quickly master dStyle. But they also notice that many users do not use all the possibilities. And that’s a shame. Because it is precisely these possibilities that make your work more efficient, simpler and more enjoyable!
The basic course will ensure that you quickly get to grips with these possibilities. It deals with the features that make you time – and annoyance! – Save time. The number of functions is still increasing. Our consultants will explain these clearly and unambiguously in an hour and will point out smart applications to you. Make no mistake: this basic training is not only intended for new employees. Even though you’ve been working with dStyle for years, you’ll be amazed at what else you can get out of it!
In-depth training
dStyle especially shows its strength in working with text fragments, styles, models and other tools. They take a lot of work off your hands and offer enormous time and efficiency gains; what about the Attachments module, for example, which (re)arranges attachments and productions, (re)numbers them and keeps track of cross-references?
The two-hour deepening course provides an extensive introduction to working with these modules. In an interactive setting, you will learn the tools of dStyle by doing so. In order to make the interactivity as large as possible, the group size is limited to about twelve users. In this way, our consultants have every opportunity to guide you personally as well.
Combination training
If you are interested in both courses, we are happy to offer you the combination course. During the course of a day you and our consultants will go through all the possibilities of dStyle in detail. We look at your work and point out to you the cleverness of our software that makes your work more attractive.

Office 365
The consultants of Documentaal are specialized in Office 365. In order to achieve the perfect integration of Office programs with dStyle, they must have a perfect command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
